Our main missions for the day are to go to the Prater and to take in some culture in the Grosser Saal of the Musikverein (Mozart concert by the Viennese Orchestra).

The Prater, a bit more like Valleyfair than when Amy had her 13th birthday party here :) |

Will they survive the Riesenrad?!? |

Amy's decided that she likes Tichy's SO much that she'll have 2 cones! |

Old and new: Karlskirche and a cool band performing at the big PopFest in Vienna. |

Posed (by the Musikverein), and sweet. |

Unposed (taking in the bands at PopFest), and sweet. |
So, the Riesenrad is more like RiesenRAD, amiright? It was fun to experience such a historic Ferris Wheel in a beautiful city. And getting to Tichy's before we enjoyed our Mozart concert was certainly a big win!
PopFest (in particular, the band we saw "Giantree") was really cool. Great music, crowd, etc.
Then we headed to the Musikverein for the concert, dressed to the nines (as you can see). Unfortunately, we made a mistake and came on the wrong day! We need to be there tomorrow! Whoops. Well, still got PopFest, still got the Prater, and still got Tichy's.
I'm calling today a total win.
